This hotel is in an excellent location - close to Delta Centre and downtown. Room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Those are the two things I always care most about. It has a great location central to downtown SLC which was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Things weren’t as clean as they should’ve been; hair in the drain, on blankets, piece of gum in a wrapper on the wardrobe. Hot water was intermittent. The fan didn’t always work in the bathroom. Overall okay, but you expect better for the price you pay and the name.

All of the employees were great and extremely friendly. Julio was our waiter in the restaurant and he was awesome. The hotel itself is pretty nice and our room was clean on the surface. But when you looked a little closer you could tell the room had been cleaned only where it looked dirty. There was a lot of dust in the corners. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the shower was horrible. The shower head would not stay in place and just kept falling off. I was happy there was free parking because in the downtown area parking is a pain for sure. Overall the hotel was ok but I’d probably stay somewhere else in the future if the condition doesn’t improve. The only thing that made me rate it so high was the exceptional service from the employees.
