Overall it was just okay

Overall we had a place to sleep during our visit to Utah. We did have a couple of issues. The soap dispenser was broken and the sink did not drain properly. It would back up each time while it was used. I would give the continental breakfast a 2 out of 5.

We got to our room, and as soon as we walked in there were ANTS everywhere. There was candy under the sink, which would answer the ant problem. We went to the front desk let them know, and they switched us rooms. The staff were nice, just inconvenient.

We couldn’t use the pool due to the houes. Wish we could have. We were in town for sports and didn’t get back until after 10. Couldn’t bring sick kid food to room. We put a do not disturb up and I asked one of the housekeeping if we could get some towels and she told me I had to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk and I was given one towel so we had one extra towel the whole time we were there for four of us. The employees were nice. It just felt like we paid a lot more than what we got.

Only complaint was that the lobby area smelled like a smoky casino hotel. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. You could hear traffic noise during rush hour but was pretty quiet late at night. Nice central location.
