STAY AWAY; BAD SERVICE AND BROKEN LOCKS

First room we were in, tv didn’t work. No problem, except the doors didn’t lock, door didn’t close without an unreasonable amount of force. Found the door cracked open at 12 at night (and I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for me dog barking) went to the front desk to let them know and get a refund. One super helpful desk lady (Shout out to Syd!) was dope the entire time. However the other receptionist felt the need to make jokes at my own expense and when I was coming to the desk because of my concern for my families safety. All of the men that work there are rude and not helpful. Was told manager would be in the morning so I went back to bed. Talked with Jose the manager about the situation and he felt that all of that was only worth about 50% reimbursement. So this location, this hotel is BAD. STAY AWAY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS! Breakfast also sucked, just had waffles.

sketchy area and boring breakfast, but cool staff and fancy lobby. the elevator is kinda hard to maneuver into, just narrow for the cart thing but also i had big bags, so might just be me. breakfast was bad, i’m sorry, but just no options and boring and left me sad.

Room was basic but clean. Hotel was in a decent area and close to the airport but there weren't many dining choices nearby especially fast food options. There were a couple sit down places but not much overall. Overall a decent hotel for the price for the night before an early flight.

We arrived late (midnight) and left early (7:30 am). All night we heard cars starting up and running. As this is an airport hotel, I'd expect some late night and early morning commotion, but there was very little soundproofing between our room and the parking area.

They'll take your money, but screw you over

The front door bolt did not work, so we had to latch the door. The microwave did not work. The bed was a tad uncomfortable. I was awaken at 4am by the Ice machine (next to my room) It vibrated like a jackhammer every 20 minutes for about 8 seconds. The GM and manager did not appollogize for the incident, return my 3 phone calls to discuss the incident, or compensate me. The breakfast was weak enough to skip.
