The hotel was a decent stay for the price. They don’t do room service everyday, but the people were friendly and free parking plus near by gas stations and places to eat were convient.

The lady working refused to help us with a toilet problem that was not our fault. Water was all over the bathroom and out into the bed area. She wouldn't give us anything to clean it up with other than a nasty mop head with no water. And made it a huge deal to switch us rooms. We had my daughter with us and she is young with cancer. We explained to her nicley the situation and made us very uncomfortable and felt very disgusted especially when it was not our fault and had only used the toilet the one time and went and reported it immediately. I've stayed here a lot in the past and have had only one other bad stay here. This time was just plain out rude and bs They could have at least cleaned up the mess and moved us rooms or compensated somehow. Very poor review.

Overall fairly good value for the price, but the heater/cooling unit didn't have a thermostat so it could only be on or off. The temperature wasn't always comfortable so I would probably stay at a different hotel next time.
