I had an enjoyable room. The property is older and in a run down section of town but I wasnt going in and out at nighy so it was fine for me. Executive room with jet tub. Strange smell in room like...sitting water...kind of like the orginal Pirates of the Caribbean ride at DLand. Bed was very worn on left side. Should rotate them more often i guess. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is fine if nothing more than make your own waffles, mini muffins, 2 cereal choices and one day hard boiled eggs were set out, is to be expected. No fruit. No yogurt. Only caffinared coffee and hot water available. I bought water at Winco up the street and made my own decaf in the single coffee machine in room. TV good size flat screen. A 6 ft wardrobe is added for hanging clothes BUT the pole to hamg clothes on is only about 4 feet off the ground so couldnt hang my dresses nor my robe. Older property that has residents long term living there and BIG crowds of international people bussed in each day as i was trying to leave and damn were they totally rude and oblivious to my "excuse me. pardon me, can i squuleeze through please" THAT was the most displeasing thing of all i think. Go with low expectations and all will be just fine:) I would stay here again

The property was an easy commute for visiting relatives. If our travel plans would have allowed, we would have picked a different destination to stay. The hotel lobby was too warm for our liking and accommodations were outdated. The fitness and pool amenities were not upkept to the standards we are accustomed to from this hotel chain.

I have nothing good to say about this property, except that the location was good. Rooms were dark, musky, and old. There were stains on the linens and towels and mould in the bathroom. If it wasn’t due to the rest of our extended family staying at this hotel, I would’ve asked for a refund and moved hotels.

Water feature and fire feature were not turned on must have been broken The chair in room was filthy with huge stain. Why have a chair like that in the entry way of the room? Popcorn in corners and under chair and white parts everywhere. Not enough towels for two people. I asked for room to be cleaned and that did not happen. I went to drug store and bought sanitizer it was so not clean.! We had no time to find another hotel or we would have. Also our room was was literally 15 feet from the railroad tracks and a large parking lot with super bright lights and what looked to be drug dealings. To say this place is on the wrong side of town is being kind. Saw quite a few homeless folk around the property as well. On the room fan was incredibly noisy. No chance we were going to open the window to get fresh air. It was simply not safe! There was black mold in the caulk around the fan unit. Smoking in the corridors outside the room The door was not fire safe. We had hopes the Radisson would not be lower quality hotel line…

shower didnt work, blinds were broken and there wasn't a curtain so light came through all night from parking lights. Door had a poor seal so light and noise came in from door closing or people talking all night. I really need to look at reviews better before booking

Well it was horrible, air conditioning not working. The tv didn’t work either , the night time clerk (who said her cousins owned the hotel ) tired to come to the room to make tv work and it didn’t . Was told Saturday they tried to come to fix tv and I would receive a discount for both the air not working and another discount for the tv not working both nights . I was not offered a room change I was only offered a discount . Forgot to mention Friday night while getting stuff from car there was 5 to 6 gun shots people ran from across street into the hotel lobby . It had nothing to do with hotel but to let you know about area it is in . I will not recommend this place to anyone . I have waited 2 weeks to leave this review still waiting on my discount .

The day of the hotel stay I was left with a message that said they didn't have a pet-friendly room for me. I wasn't able to check my messages since I had been driving all day through spotty reception and really bad weather. When I got to the hotel, I was informed of the unavailability of the pet friendly room and that they were completely booked. I was surprised since I made the reservation and pet request almost a month ago. The lady at the desk (I.Khan) was very nice and informed me that they can give me the jacuzzi room which is usually "pet-free". I appreciated that, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I've never had a conflict like this before. Every other hotel on hotels.com has been able to accommodate my request for a pet-friendly room without any issues. (I noticed during breakfast there was a large tour group, so they might have overbooked and given my reserved room to someone there). The room was somewhat clean except for areas of the shower which seemed to have hair and debris left. The toilet was flushing all night. The breakfast is very subpar. There was plenty of parking. The cleaning lady, the young woman who helped with breakfast, and I.Khan were very nice. But, this is a hotel that I will be avoiding for future trips.
