Check in was around 10:30 pm and the staff emmeber wasn’t too friendly. I was tired so I didn’t care. I don’t like that he had to type my card in. I would have rather tapped it myself. He said it was broken.

Everything was good 😊 Staff was nice. Like coffee bar. Always a must. Just wish they had Continental Breakfast. But we like the full kitchen. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed here because it was close to the Maverick Center. Room was nice but the tv wasn't working. I called down to the front desk and they couldn't help. I ended up fixing it myself after moving everything around to get to the connections and boxes. Room was nice but the air conditioner had a crazy noise when it would shut off. Other than that it was comfortable.

Safe, clean, and quiet
Clean, modern, no odors, friendly front desk staff, safe, and quiet. Just what my family needed. Be aware they do not provide free breakfast, but that wasn't a problem. We took advantage of the coffee bar and then stopped by McD drive through on the way to the airport.

It was a clean place ! But I was more then a little upset about charging 35.00 for deposit on my Dog!!he never goes potty in rooms or the house! It’s a lot more than most places,I will never stay there again ! Also said they had Breakfast !!! But of course you had to pay for it !! But they don’t tell you that on the site!

No continemtal breakfast, and even with the the limited selection of what you could pay to order, our breakfast order the order didn't go through. Still, it wasn't that big of a downside for us, particularly compared to the clean room with a full sized refrigerator and mini stove, and friendly staff.
