Great overnight stay
Excellent location for an overnight stay to catch a flight at Salt Lake International Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly.

The beds were super lumpy, fan in the bathroom did not work, issues with the toilet not flushing, the pillows were old, lumpy, and small. The water pressure in the shower was awful and no hot water. Cheap, but not worth it.

Disappointing, we stayed to park our car and fly out of salt lake airport. Called hotel to make sure they had shuttle and could park car there. When we got there and paid to park car, we were told that last shuttle to airport is at 8:00 a.m. We didn’t fly out until noon, so had to go early. The return flight was around noon, so we had to pay uber to get back to hotel. We would of made other accommodations if we were told when we called.

1st hotel room I walked into that was cozy and warm while outdoors was freezing. I did not have to adjust temperature & refrigerator was already cold temp. It didn’t need adjustment either. Shuttle driver most obliging and pleasant at 6 am.

I won’t be back
HVAC system in room rumbled also room and air coming out had mildew smell. Beds and bathroom clean. Carpet dirty. Very noisy. Did not get much sleep between rumbling HVAC and guy in next room coughing and watching tv until 3:00 am. Also no hot water. Luke warm at best. No hand soap in dispenser.

No free parking and limited airport shuttle
The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfy. They do charge for parking which was not disclose. They do not offer 24 hour shuttle service as advertised.
