Reserved 2 rooms and called 2 weeks ahead to request adjoining.
Staff unprepared and made us wait almost 2 hours after check-in time (3pm) to actually have a room ready (5 pm). Second room ordered was 30 minutes behind that.
Asked for adjoining rooms due to teenage child. They put us in a room that adjoins to a stranger and our child in a different room next to us (not adjoining). Balcony was rain runoff slab (only 1 foot of space). 80s style bathtub that filled up with water quickly during shower. Felt like you were washing in dirty water due to this
First time visiting city and they gave us rooms on bottom floor that faced a gas station and high traffic intersection...no real view of city or the mountains. Room was some 600-800 feet from away entrance down long winding corredors Felt like a motel 6 vs nice hotel. Lobby was beautiful but no one reserves a room to stay in the lobby. Very disappointing.
