The stay overall was not terrible. The check-in process was poor. The girl who helped us get checked in did not know what she was doing, which would have been perfectly fine, but she was also very rude. It made the experience negative right from the very start. The hotel itself was great. Clean, spacious and very quiet.

Website said airport shuttle but turns out it is only between the hours of 5am and midnight. My flight left at 5am so I had to get a last minute uber to get to the airport. Also the front desk was super unfreindly and was on there phone the whole time i checked in and didnt make eye contact. If i was an owner i would be seriously embaressed of how my staff treated customers. But on the possitive they were cheaper for parking then the parking lots and thats why we opted to stay there prior to our flight.

I selected this hotel because it's listed as having free parking and airport shuttle. What they don't tell you is that overnight parking is not actually free, it's $5 per night. Also, the shuttle doesn't run 24 hours, a fact that no one shared with me. I was told just to give the front desk a call when our flight arrived. No one asked what time our flight was or gave any warning that the shuttle would not be available when we returned in the early am. I had to call an Uber instead. For what I paid for the Uber and hotel parking, I might as well have just paid for long term parking at the airport. As far as the room goes, it's decent. I actually appreciated the layout. There was a small shelf where the coffee maker sits outside the bathroom with a mirror, very convenient for doing hair and make up while someone else showers. The room was clean and my kids appreciated we could login to apps on the TV.
