Room service not good.

All good but room service definitely not like it use to be. They forgot part of the order and when they brought it. It was cold. It use to be amazing. Not so much any more.

Wish they were more honest about the parking situation. To have no avaliable parking and to say my reservation validated parking but then said i would need to pay $37 a night for parking was a little confusing. Not to mention the parking garages neighboring the complex only charges $27 overnight. Also the first couple nights only one elevator was working and with the size of the elevators and the frequency of guests usage made for a minor inconvenience to wait just to go up a minimum of 5 floors. I also couldn't believe how little to doors blocked sound and that a reservation for a premium suite would have a connecting room. The information said it was a city view and all you could see was the side of another building and a couple offices, definitely false advertising probably more accurate 50 years ago. It was a nice visit but the view, room connection, parking situation, and price made it a learning experience that i will not forget and i will not return. The spa was nice however.

Elevators are crazy. Showers are poorly engineered water gets every where in the bathroom. Need some more hooks in the room to hang items. Property outside is really out of the contol of the hotel but the city just seems to be forgotten. Overall these are very minor things the hotel is great food and staff are awesome.
