Convenient to a noisy airport
Convenient to airport. That’s good and bad. You hear planes taking off all night. A small mini menu of burgers and pizza prepared in house, with a counter top to eat in the lobby, or eat in your room. Pizza was very good! A nice perk when we arrived about 7:30 pm. There was no microwave in the room but did have a refrigerator.

The sheets were all wrinkled and had body fluids stains, an unequivocal sign they had not been changed from the previous guests. Totally disgusting! We got no refunds or discounted rate, just an apology and new sheets. The day of check out, the cleaning person started banging loudly on the door at 8:30am. The check out time is at noon. Very poor customer service.

The staff were friendly at check in. The hotel is very outdated, the first room smelt really badly of stale smoke. I spoke to reception staff and they changed my room. Overall it was very average. I wouldn’t stay here again.

They did not have ESPN on the TV, nor many other stations. That was a bummer, and to be expected. The shuttle was right on time, which was great. The front desk guy was SUPER nice and helpful. The place just feels a bit worn out.
