Everything was great except the business center printer was never working during my stay. Front desk staff were very nice and apologetic but I was staying there for a conference and needed to print my resume. So that was kind of a bummer. Over all clean hotel, amazing staff, great breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I stayed here during our 5 night vacation to SLC in September 2024. We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerks. Room was a nice size, clean, and the bathroom had a relatively large walk-in shower (vs. a tub with a shower curtain). The hotel breakfast buffet was done very well. Every morning had scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, and either waffles, pancakes or french toast. Plenty of additional options too like oatmeal, pastries, fruits, yogurt, etc. and the staff kept all the items well stocked during mealtime. In addition to being close to the airport, he hotel was a great home base for walking around the city. Several restaurants within walking distance (recommend pizza and gelato at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana; also Caputo's Market near Pioneer Park). Walked to a great (and very large!) farmer's market at Pioneer Park on Saturday morning. Great vacation. Enjoyable stay at the Hyatt House. Would definitely stay there again
