Family birthday. We love this place! We’ve come here for staycations for a couple of years. We've always had excellent service, any request we’ve haf, the staff takes care of us! They’re so kind and willing to help. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, never disappointed. The breakfast is outstanding!! See you next birthday!

Our experience was not the greatest for a family of 4. We had previously called and confirmed our hotel reservation and the crib and were assured we had everything reserved. We got there right at 3pm and waited 15-20 min before we could check in, due to having their shift change at that time. Once we checked in we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and it would be a few minutes. At first they said they didn’t have any other rooms and then said they had one room with one queen bed, even though I had booked a reservation with a bedroom and 2 queen beds. After several minutes, it was to be an additional half hour. We tried talking to them and they said wait or we can go somewhere else. The staff said it’s not their fault the rooms weren’t clean yet, it was due to previous guests checking out late. Front counter staff blamed everyone else and never apologized. Seems like management needs to retrain staff to be hospitable, maybe rethink scheduling shift change right when check in opens and perhaps hire additional housekeepers if they’re understaffed. I would not recommend this hotel based of my experience.

The Hotel was in a Nice location with view of the Mountains. Breakfast was Mediocre, Pancakes hard. We decided to go to IHOP to eat. Bottled water was $6 so we went to Walmart instead. The room was on the 4th Floor and it appears to have a previous leak in the ceiling. Staff was nice, overall room was nice.

We stayed in a King suite. We really enjoyed that the bedroom was separate from the seating area. The kitchenette had everything we needed, minus food of course. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. There was a good selection of foods available. We plan to stay there again.
