It’s a great hotel with everything nearby only thing is when it’s a busy weekend is parking but that are very very accommodating and awesome! Always clean. Whenever I go to Salt Lake City I tend to stay there due to close amenities and uber or Lyft is very accessible. Always a good stay there

Pretty nice, one family/group took up the hot tub and pool which was annoying, kids everywhere wild as can be. Wanted to soak with my wife but kids were acting like a jacuzzi is the city pool. Ding dong ditched our room too.

Very disappointed. Had to ask the staff a few times to change a room because of noice. Breakfast was more than 20 minutes late. Because of that we did not have a chance to eat and had to leave. When we asked a few times about the breakfast, the staff responded with an attitude. Never again we'll stay they. So far management has done nothing

Everything about this hotel was a good experience for us. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping service was done on a daily basis, which is becoming more and more rare in 2025. The only negative thing is the parking was $25 each day and the lot does fill up quickly.

Paid for parking which was $25 per night and not $13 per the website. Oversold their parking so had to pay another $25 for public parking 2 blocks away. Had a parking pass but no place to park just a lame apology. They know how many rooms there are and how many parking stalls are avaliable and how many passes have been sold so how about not selling passes once the number of parking stalls has been sold.

The only not good thing is that it charges $25 dollars for parking. The hotel didn't charge for parking on my previous visits.
