I had a very nice stay and am happy that my small dog could stay with us as well. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, the kitchen and bathroom inside the room were clean and ready for use and there are several restaurants and opportunities to shop nearby the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for longer stays especially if you have a pet and want to be able to cook your own food :)

I stayed almost one week and was happy I was able to also have my small dog with me. The staff is very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were fast and any questions are answered in a very kind manner. The rooms have a small kitchen that is super handy for longer stays. It is located right off the freeway, walkable distance to several restaurants and short driving distance to grocery store and mall. Large green area around the hotel for the pets and safe and easy parking area. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at the same hotel chain in a different city and had a clean and pleasant experience, which is why I decided to stay at this hotel chain again in Salt Lake City. Unfortunately, it was a bad decision. This hotel is very old, and the cleanliness was unacceptable, with hair found on the sheets. I do not recommend this location.

Needed to sleep for a few hours on a road trip so it served its purpose. Little run down but appeared clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Never this place again.

Went to check in at 3:30. Room not ready. Elevator was out of order. No luggage storage so had to carry all my luggage up or leave it in my vehicle, which was not recommended. Room: cigarette burns all over bathroom sink & floor. ( non-smoking room) tub drain clogged & tub dirty. Floatys when you turned the shower on. Turned the bed down and sheets had stains on them. No coffee maker in the room. No morning food as advertised. Coffee counter had some homeless lady with her head on the counter like she was passed in the way. No one at the front desk in the morning but could hear them laughing in the back. People standing in front of the main entrance door smoking.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

We checked out early due to mold not only in our bathroom, but under the kitchen area drawers. We were 800 miles from home and staying for a 3 day weekend, we specifically booked this room to make our own meals and save money. The refrigerator did not work. The phone in the room to call out did not work. We checked out the next day as soon as we could. We were charged for our full stay, even though we checked out early. I called to have the nights we did not stay removed, I was promised a call within 48 hours. Never happened.Super bummed and will never stay at an extended stay again.
