Staff was great. My only complaint was about the LONG distance to my room (in the tower) from the front desk. Rolling 2 big suitcases over carpet so far was a workout!

Vibrating ceiling

The walls are so thin. I was there for almost a week and the person above was literally stomp walking every time there were in the room. It was so bad, it made the ceiling of my room vibrate. I did call the front desk to let me know the first night but nothing was handled, it continued that way the duration of my stay.
