The guy at the front desk was rude and looked like he hates his job, they charged $100. For one night for our dog. The sofa sleeper mattress was filthy, a roach crawled out of the bathroom door. So so bad, do not go here.

Check in was unprofessional. The person was not pleasant and appeared uncomfortable. The room itself was definitely below par for cleanliness, particularly the bathroom.

Great stay. Everyone I interacted with was great! Airport shuttle was easy to schedule, van was clean and nice and cold! Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and location was great. You can walk to the Maverick Center and train. I’d definitely stay here again!

I DIDN'T GET TO EXPERIENCE TO STAY IN A ROOM AT ALL I WAS DENIED SERVICE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL WHEN I TRIED TO CHECK IN I GUESS THERE WAS A NOTE ON MY ACCOUNT SAYING I'M NOT ALLOWED TO STAY THERE AT THAT LOCATION. OK SO FORGET YOU CRAZIES THERE. THEY GAVE ME SOME EXCUSE SAYING THEY DON'T KNOW WHY BUT TO CALL AND TALK TO THE GM WHICH I SHOULD BUT WONT BECAUSE I'M SURE SHE WILL GIVE ME SOME DUMB MADE UP EXCUSE GOOD THING THERE'S OTHER HOTELS ELSEWHERE. Our stay was brief but very nice. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. I had stayed with the crystal Inn a few years ago and the pet fee was 25.00 pre night per pet. It is now $100.00 per night per pet. At first I was a little put out,but when u weigh the good against the bad, the stay with the Crystal inn was awesome. Had I not called ahead to check on the pet policy and traveled with our corgis this review would not be so nice.
