Great location in downtown. Only 2 blocks to Trax station to access other areas. Airport shuttle was prompt and staff super friendly. Great breakfast and indoor pool / hot tub / exercise room. Also had a well stocked mini-store with additional supplies if you forgot something or needed to grab an affordable snack before heading out to ski!

Decent value Hotel

Good location in the city and approx 15mins from airport. Overall its a decent, clean and rooms were reasonably quite. Decent breakfast. My only complaint was my room was not cleaned for my 3 day stay, thought not a big issue for me as I was out most of the day.

Great deal for the price

The hotel is a little dated, but a great deal for the price. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast hearty, and the location is easy for ride pick-ups and just a short walk to downtown stores/restaurants. I also very much appreciated the complimentary Lyft pick-up from the airport, as well as complimentary room upgrade offer and a welcome snack - these were lovely touches! My only complaint is the amount of plastic/styrofoam waste at breakfast!! All cutlery is plastic. All bowls and cups for cold drinks are styrofoam (which isn't recyclable!). I understand it's easier not to have to clean all the extra items, but there are more eco-friendly options for single use items, like bamboo, paper, etc. Please change this, it hurt my heart to see so much styrofoam being used every day.

Great room and staff, and a fantastic breakfast.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this centrale located hotel in SLC. The room amenities and the staff were both very nice, but what really stood out to us was there free breakfast. They had a wide selection of hot food, fresh fruit, breads, and sweets all served on actual plates. It was one of the best free breakfast offerings ever had at a hotel.

We had a wonderful time. Our grandchildren loved getting a lot of time in the swimming pool. My bed was firm but not as comfortable as I hoped.
