I got this hotel with a good discount; if I would pay full price (300$ per night) I don’t think I would be that happy ;) But for the price I paid it was perfect! Convenient location, very spacious room, good breakfast and SAUNA!

Very well maintained and updated motel. Easy access from freeway and to get just about anywhere. Pool and hot tub look inviting, however I haven't had the chance to use them yet due to surgeries. Their king, jetted tub suite if very nice and roomy. The tub is awesome, just wish they had some bars so short people like me could get in and out of it a little easier😁

Friendly staff at the front desk. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. Free parking was a nice amenity. The room rate appears to be below average, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The location on the “west side” of the downtown core has always been considered a bit seedy and there are some unhoused folks, but I never felt unsafe. Traffic noise was noticeable though not unbearable.

Lobby feels very dark. Hotel is dated. Microwave in room did not work. Dust on few furniture items in the room. Breakfast was pretty much your less than average hotel scrambled eggs, pancakes, bagels, bowl of yogurt, etc. Fellow traveler had incident being hit by rock thrown through window by someone. Many jokes were made about how we were staying at Crystal Meth Inn. Would not choose to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We did remodel our rooms with new carpet, Flooring, and furniture about 2 years ago. We are sorry it was not to your liking. We do not allow drugs or anything like that in our hotel. We pride ourselves on a well maintained, clean and safe property. We do have 24/7 security at the hotel and our hotel property. They are retired Salt Lake City Police Officers. I apologize that breakfast didn't meet your expectations. We try and provide a good variety.
