Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The elevator needed to be vacuumed/ cleaned as we were there for 4 nights and the elevator continued to get dirtier and something was rolling around every time we got in. The stairs definitely need a good carpet clean. The pool and hot tub are nice but need to be checked/ cleaned more often. The hot tub water was low so it couldn't go through the filter and felt like it was slowly leaking/ draining as it got lower when we were sitting in it. The hotel overall definitely needs an update but it's decent for the price. Sometimes you had to wait for staff to notice you at the desk but otherwise friendly

We got there at 2am and the lady was nice altho a hassle for our dog, and reserved room apparently on the 3rd floor changed to downstairs just because i had a dog. Little did i know i shouldnt have been there at all. Probably after she also assumed i immediately put an electronic next to the key i had in my hand the whole time- on purpose. Neither keys worked the first time. The noise was unreal. I hardly slept. And the worse part? Im going home with bed bug bites?! The hot tub and pool is falling apart and absolutely rancid. Green and yellow with chunks at the bottom. Theres not enough parking for how many rooms there are. Breakfast was rough. But atleast they had it till 6 to 9am, i guess. Plumbing is gross and the tub wouldn't drain very fast at all, and the floors had peices of junk from other stays and the bedding couldve been much cleaner with its yellow stains. Wont be returning to this place.

Everything was great until the parking lot lights came on. The thick curtains don't actually close and the light flooded my 4th floor room. I had to use a hair tie to hold them closed so we could sleep.

This hotel is dated and in need of a re-model. Carpets in the hall ways and stairs were dirty. A carpet shampoo would help. The staff was kind and professional however.
