It was difficult to get heat in the room. Changed rooms. Still difficult. Smoke alarm kept going off. It was’ Fixed’ But kept chirping until it was taken out. Not too alarmed But bad practice. Do not show my name.

Adequate, clean, quiet, but showing age

There was construction going on in the unit directly below us. There seemed to be a lot of vacancy, so why we were placed directly above jack hammering... I don't know. It of course stopped at night, but we were there for medical services and we had family that needed to rest. It is comfortable, has a mini fridge, and adequate climate control. The area was quiet at night. Can't comment on the breakfast as we did not try it. For the price listed on location, I don't think it was worth that - but getting it through a 3rd party it was reasonable. Parking lot is restricted to guests only, room key cards open the gate. Key card reader appeared to have been hit by someone because it was leaning vertically away from where cars enter, making it very difficult to reach without opening your car door - and the gate only stays open a short time. The key reader was on the left as you enter. If anyone trying to get out of the parking lot approaching the gate from inside, you are on the "wrong side" of the road for them to get out, as you try to key your way in. No easy fix for that as the driveway isn't big enough for a center divide for the keycard stand.

It was terrible you have homeless people all over outside the hotel is kinda rundown when I went there was a bed just leaning against the railing the bathroom had mold in it the sheets had stains on them coffee splattered on the door. All together it wasn’t clean it’s in a bad spot in the city and the owners don’t care about the property don’t come here. Spend your money at Hyatt or Hilton

Immediately south of a low-income-assisted - property. But has a security gate. Nice feature in the room: a heater where you could set the temperature, and the fan speed. The coffee-maker was totally broken - it just leaked water onto the counter. If you like coffee in the morning, test the coffee maker the night before. In the shower, there were two 8-in semicircles showing water damage. Had a microwave oven, and I think a mini fridge. If on a budget, comfortable to stay in.
