I had an amazing stay! Only problem was my bathroom door couldn’t open from the inside and had to leave it open whenever we used it. Other than that needing to be fixed my stay was still perfect. Very quiet and the staff was welcoming.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean, and the stairwells were definitely not clean. There was gum on the banister all four days we were there. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was very disappointing. The beds were not queen beds, despite being advertised as such. The one morning I attempted to get breakfast, it was closed 15 minutes early.
I think this will be a great property when they finish remodeling the front and open pool jacuzzi area. Our room was very nice, bed comfy, freshly painted, clean, spacious. Need more creamer choices for coffee.

The staff was willing to work through problems. Breakfast was not worth listing as being offered. The coffee machine was broken both days we were there. Our tv did not work but the front desk was great about coming up to fix it. They are in between ownerships, so it seems that they’re just existing right now.
I will start by saying the stay was pretty cheap and the most affordable for our group. Definitely something to keep in mind for this review. This is tough, you know it’s a family business and everyone is trying to get by but it’s pretty dirty. There were stains on the floor and on the sheets. We had a 4 night stay and there were two massive holes in the hallway ceiling that were just there. I didn’t bother to look at any of the amenities or check out the breakfast because I knew it wouldn’t be for me
It appeared to be transitioning into/out of being a Best Western, so the signage didn't match our reservation. Breakfast hours were 6-9 AM (ended too early IMHO) and seemed a bit spartan if it was called a continental breakfast (Can't remember exactly how it was marketed). There were square holes in the ceiling in the hallway into the ceiling above on the way to our room. Room linens, towels were all clean. Remote/TV never worked. No microwave or refrigerator. Toilet seat was up when we arrived. Seemed odd. Workman were on the roof doing something starting early. People walking around in the room overhead were absolutely heard in our room -- seemed to be no insulation between floors.
Our stay was terrible. They were fixing the top front portion of the hotel and the building was shaking everyday!.
The rug in the room was dirty like stains of pet pee, poop and what have they.
The aircon stopped running.
The elevator stopped -- there was no generator to back it up and people got stuck in the elevator. Had to call 911.
Not to mention the batter for making waffles for " free breakfast " ran out, the orange juice ran out.
