I've always felt that Best Westerns are clean and well managed. I've never experienced less. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. When there's a list of hotels to choose from, Best Western is always a safe choice.

Zero stars Won’t be staying here again

I would give zero stars if I could. When we got in the room it was freezing and took hours to warm up. Our son took a shower, no hot water until he had let it run for 20 minutes and then it was lukewarm. In the morning I turned the water on before I was ready to shower to see if I could get hot water. We let it run for 10-15 minutes & then called the front desk. They said it could take up to an hour for hot water! They just redid their system & there’s some kind of problem. There was no offer of how to compensate us for these huge issues. Isn’t that something they should let you know BEFORE you rent the room. Not an hour before you need to leave for your flight? And only then because we called & complained! Once we called within minutes the water went from freezing cold to super hot. Suspicious to me. We’ve stayed here a few times in the past for early morning flights and it was never like this. It has gone downhill. We won’t be staying here again.
