When we got to our room we had a quick dinner of take out . We got our selves ready for bed and folded back the sheets to find a giant stain on the bed and it had soaked through the beds mattress pad sheet and the top sheet . We could not believe that this could have been missed by the housekeeping crew . So we called down to the front desk and told him what we found and he could come to the room to change the sheets . He asked what sheets needed to be changed and I said a whole set of bedding . He brought us a fitted and flat sheets all rumpled and handed them over to us and left . I asked if he wanted to take messy sheets with him . He replied no and left us to change our own bed .This whole situation has me wondering about the owners vision, the management responsibilities, and what Wyndham does for its franchises or why they would want a hotel being run like this representing your trademark. In the morning we checked out about 6 am and went to the desk to hand in our room key card we stood around the desk for about 15 minutes with out seeing a sole at the desk so there was no representation of of any kind to give an explanation as to why or an apology for poor service
