Close to I- 35 Management skills and PR lacking. My first room had a periodic beep on the fire alarm- indicating it needed a new battery. The front Manager( questionable) said when maintenance changes a room battery , that sets off all the smoke alarms- changing rooms is the solution. Didn’t offer service to reload my luggage and move me to an additional room- simply-“ Come down and get another room key.”When I arrived at the front desk, she slammed the key on the counter and walked away. ????? This is customer service- not for me.

I was looking forward to a cinnamon roll made by Holiday Inn but, to my disappointment, that is only for the Express hotels. I paid $175 for the room (including taxes and fees) so it was a little higher than I usually spend but I was willing for the cinnamon rolls (I bought ahead of time before knowing they didn’t serve breakfast). I do like that they actually have body wash rather than bar soap as I prefer that. If it was $25 cheaper, we may stay again if we are in the area.
