The cleaning lady was rude when we she found out we had a late check out. Miscommunication on the hotel staff part that was projected on me. Otherwise, very good experience

Horrible Stay
The reviews say people had problems with their room keys. I didn’t think it would be that big of deal but it turned out to be a huge deal. I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours. There wasn’t anyone working the front desk. Had to call corporate and they called the owner. An employee that takes care of the pool took care of the situation. I canceled th rest of my reservation and left.

Desk clerk
Desk clerk charged me for the room even when I showed her proof that it had already been paid thru 3rd party booking. She then told me I would have to call them to fix it. After being on hold for an hour with 3rd party, they called the property and got it resolved.

There was a problem with the key card system. Our room keys needed re-programming a couple of times and no one could open the fitness facility because the key reader was broken. The breakfast was terrible and the carpets needed a good cleaning. We would not stay there again. Glad it was only one night.
