The room was ok but definitely not deluxe as advertised. A bit rough around the edges, the bath/ shower was quite dangerous getting in and out and the mattress was lumpy. Also disappointed that on booking there was no mention of £14.50 a day parking.

Nice hotel
Hotel, just 15 minutes walk to city centre, breakfast value for money,no pork bacon and sausage which was disappointing but plenty of other choice cereals, fruits, cakes ect. Rooms very large ,spotless, bed comfortable but pillows very firm, woke up with a stiff neck.

A lovely little gem close to the city!
Have used The Ainscow Hotel for two business trips now, and for the price, you really do get great comfort and value. Lovely to see the complimentary tea/coffee machine in reception with the lovely lounge where you can relax prior to your room being ready. The rooms are great, with apartment style decor - I especially love the bathrooms with The White Company toiletries complimentary, although the step into the bath in room 214 might be a bit tricky if you're shorter or have mobility issues. Some stains on the carpet were the only real signs of wear and tear, but overall clean, comfortable and very nice rooms for a short stay in the city, and an easy walk to Deansgate in around 10-15 mins. Breakfast was decent, although having a coffee machine like the one in the lobby in the breakfast room would've been awesome, as I felt that one gave a better quality drink to start your day. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip to Manchester!

The temperature outside is 27 degrees Fahrenheit and the room is about 30 degrees inside and the heater is broken. A staff member came in and agreed it is freezing in the room.

Stayed here during a recent visit to the Manchester Opera House, really nice hotel just outside of the city centre. Secure parking, efficient staff, rooms were large, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everybody, very nice and slightly quirky dining area. Roughly a ten minute stroll into the main areas of the city, or about £5 in a taxi, we walked in then got a taxi back. Would recommend, and will look to stay here again should I be visiting the city again.

Good but could be better
It was good. Nice room, but frustrating to have a bath that there wasn’t enough hot water to use. No glasses in the room for drinks.

Too hot, small bed but ok
The hotel was in a good location for our theatre trip. The room was massive, but a small double bed wasnt ideal. Staff were friendly. Sadly, despite the heating be off in the room, it must have been on full throughout the hotel.as it was so, so hot. We had windiws open all night, but the heat was suffocating and coupled with a smaller than normal bed, we had a poor sleep.

As read my review understand that the hotel is not co located to any shopa, and the best thing about your stay will be the excellent tapas place over the road. Unsafe and a kin to a travel lodge stay at your own informed choice , my Google regiew will have photos

No plug sockets that you could plug a hairdryer in and sit in front of a mirror. You had to move the kettle to the bedside table to plug it in. I asked for a mirror.all they had was a grotty staff mirror, and they asked me to bring that back. Then the maintenance man told me, after 2 hours of asking 'if I didn't like it I could pack my bags and leave'. He eventually said he could get an A4 size mirror, but then forgot. I complained in the morning and the receptionist refused to deal with my complaint, just handed me a card. The maintenance man then told her my boyfriend didn't show and smirked at me. It was very very rude and unprofessional. This room cost 117 for one night!!! The receptionist didn't even know where the local shop was, even though the hotel doo not have a licence to sell alcohol. Dull dull dull and the staff do not care. Avoid like the plague
