Perfectly acceptable room, USB sockets would be nice and plugs on both sides of the bed too. Bathroom sink plug operation was so stiff it was virtually unusable. Breakfast well organised although they really need to fix the leaky coffee machine! Nice touch of an offer of free toiletries although as it turned out there were no combs - need to deliver if you make this type of promise!

A very nice stay.

Nice and clean environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were particularly very hard working & polite. They replenished well prepared food (breakfast), so no need to hang around for long. They also made sure tables were cleared up once vacated by the guests - so we didnt have to look at dirty utensils while we dined. The only problem we had were the lifts, as they always took longer than expected to arrive.

Positive stay

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful with our needs. The food was nice in the restaurant. Room was fine for our needs, bed comfy, quiet no disturbances. Would stay again if at The Lowry as so near and nice stuff around to eat and drink if had more time.

The main reasons we booked this hotel was because it is close to the events we booked and was within walking distance of the events. The hotel is very pricey but did was clean, had spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The hotel has a restaurant which was okay. The day we were leaving, there was a huge marathon with ++ streets blocked off. We asked the reception staff for suggestions on the best options for us as we had to be at the train station fairly early; unfortunately we did not find the reception staff to be overly helpful as they didn't offer any suggestions! Regardless of reception, the hotel is is very nice.

I had lovely night stay on 9/05/25 lovely clean hotel and beds cofmy and nice clean rooms did not really any noise either, only prob I had was on 8 floor did email hotel couple weeks b4 to say need ground floor but never answer my email, and don’t do lifts so at walk up 8 flights stairs it was bit much that was my only downfall
