I had a tough time reviewing this property. For example, every staff member I talked to was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. However, the toilet in our room got stopped up and there was not only no maintenance staff available, but not even a plunger. We were advised we could use the public bathroom off the lobby and it turn out there was only one stall in the men’s room and that stall had a broken door that could not be locked! We were also told a maintenance man would come the next day, but we never saw him. It should also be noted that our room was not cleaned one of the three days we were booked in the hotel.
On suggestion for improving the overall customer experiences is that the facility should subscribe to at least one of the TV services that provide coverage of football games.
The facilities location is a real plus. Easily walkable to a plethora of nice eating places, Old Trafford, and public transportation.
