Great option for easy on/off I-5, quiet and super friendly staff. The suite was very convenient for traveling with children. The breakfast did not really have anything other than prepackaged options,,the hot tub was shut down, which was disappointing.

Towels were stained, and covered in hair. Bathroom was covered in mold on the ceiling and walls, and the fridge smelled like someone pooped in it. The "Breakfast" offered was just yogurt and oatmeal. SO dissapointed.

There are better places nearby to stay.
No room service (No dry towels for second day). Pool was closed for "two weeks" but no date on note. Grab and go breakfast was very sparse.

Pool was very cloudy and room was dark. Walls were blank im our room for $240 you would think it would be a nice room. Also the breakfast was only granola bars. Breakfasts could be much better.

Breakfast was very limited there were only yogurt cups, bananas, and granola bars. The place was pretty run down. Very expensive for what you get. We paid 170 per night with tax for a pretty rough experience overall. The walls were paper thin. There was blood on the curtains in our room. Not being familiar with the area of town its hard to say of it was a rough neighborhood but it seemed a bit rough for us. The positives were it's close proximity to the event we were in town for and the friendly staff. We likely wouldn't stay there again.

Pleasant Host, easy assess to dining, and freeway, quite. We noticed outside some ppl. Loitering around drinking, and being loud. Found broken bottles of beer in the parking area where they were hanging out the next day. but we felt safe inside. I do think its time for carpet cleaning or replacement, we rented 2 rooms and the carpet was dirty.. also the jacuzzi was (down for repair) and we all were looking forward to that after a full day of action [8 hours] with our children/grandchildren at Enchanted forest.. and a 2nd day coming at wings and waves. Overall for as much time spent indoors it was fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is kind of rundown but clean. The pool was so hazy you couldn't see the bottom and the hot tub was not working. The hotel was quiet which was nice. The grab and go breakfast was just a bowl of granola bars, a couple bananas and yogurts. So overall it's exactly what you should expect for the low price. Not a fancy hotel but it was comfortable enough for a night.

You could hear everything from the other rooms, beds where so uncomfortable, breakfast was the worse only limited stuff, dog poop everywhere outside, rooms where not clean good this place just needs a work, pool water was not the cleanest.
