Underwhelming experience at a mid level hotel

The rooms were great, but housekeeping did not do a very good job. There was yeah in the room upon entry. Several lamps and the clock were unplugged and we couldn't move the furniture to plug them back in.

The room was ok and the bed good. The breakfast room was too small and the attendant was also the check-in person so the breakfast room was not attended to as much as the attendant would have like to do her job!
