The bathroom shower did not work the lock on the door did not work the carpet is so dirty that it smells and it's not that cheap to stay there !!! We had stayed there before I will no stay there again I wish I could get a refund this was horribly bad.

I reserved the room on 3/19/25, for the 21st and 22nd. I arrived on 3/21/25. I checked in, the room was horrible. I contacted the front desk and asked to cancel my reservations because the room was filthy. the lady at the front desk said that she did not have the authority to cancel but would speak to the manager, who was not onsite. Front desk called me back within 15 minutes and said that the manage would not cancel my reservation because it requires a 48-hour notice, I explained to her that I had made my reservation less than 48 hours ago. that did not matter, so my wife and I left without a refund and rented a room at a different hotel. I will never stay in a comfort inn again.
