Pésimo servicio llegamos y nos tardaron mucho en dar la habitación el personal no sabe resolver nada solo hablan y hablan por teléfono y no sabían q hacer una habitación para dos personas solo quieren dar una toalla los controles de la televisión no funcionan colchones viejos pésimo hotel

Es buen lugar lo recomiendo para descansar, en mi caso fue por trabajo y solo llegaba a dormir, estaba cómoda la instalación solo un detalle el ventilador no funcionó, espero lo reparen para el siguiente cliente.

La información que tienen en el hotel no coincide con la de la página. Hice el pago y jamás se vio reflejada mi reservación. La señorita prácticamente nos dejo pasar porque nos decía que no tenía confirmada ninguna reservación. Allá nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones dobles Aunque el hotel estaba vacío y en la app me aparecía disponible cualquier habitación. Hay un problema de administración grande.
