Very friendly & helpful staff!! Easy and fast check-in/check-out. The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The room was clean…..except for hair in the tub/shower.

We have stayed here several times over the years and I have never had any complaints. This time I did notice the dining area wasn’t really clean. The dirt was pushed into corners and under tables and not cleaned, the bagels were empty and all cut up. The stocking of the breakfast items could’ve been better. The staff are always welcoming, prompt and friendly!

Pool unsafe

The stay was fine, however very disapointed as we were unable to use the pool due to unsafe guests and i did not feel safe letting my younger children in the pool

Lovely property in safe area. Requested change to a Hampton hotel in alternative city as plans changed last minute and unable to accommodate. Worked out in end. The staff were polite and respectful however.

The guy at the desk was really nice ! Property is very clean but could use an update , door has a space under which leaves light and noise in, just adjusting the door sweep! the bathroom needs an update just changing the caulking! … small change makes a big difference in the appearance , but overall it’s a very nice place! Would definitely go there again!

Parking was not ideal, especially with the weather. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Stayed on the 3rd floor and the curtains didn’t close, only a sheer white curtain that was see thru. Pool area was nice but had a funny smell. The biggest issue was the noise. Kids constantly running the halls, even after quiet hours. The room itself was nice and clean.
