Busy sort of industrial area, which I didn’t realize when booking but a good location for getting to and from things. Our room had a heavy smell of maple, which was strange to say the least. We assumed it must have been some kind of cleaner, it wasn’t awful when the room aired out a bit but it was strong. The room itself had a few cosmetic issues but nothing concerning. The staff were what stood out. We were originally booked on the second floor, which would have been difficult for my 70yo mother to do the stairs to and from, and when I mentioned it they didn’t hesitate to find us a room on the ground floor despite being well booked for our days there. The couple of interactions we had with them were friendly and you didn’t feel like you were bothering them to help you. A

Paid for the "deluxe" room it was just a big room full of nothing. Desk chair had a missing leg , the toilet paper hanger was falling off the wall , the television was randomly turning on in the middle of the night and people all around were slamming doors like they were being chased by michael myers. Area is sketchy dont forget to lock your doors cause homeless people stole everything from my truck that one night i forgot to lock my doors.

Brutal night. Raucous noise throughout the entire stay. Kids running up and down halls pounding on walls, doors slamming, people shouting all night long. No interference from staff.

Property was old and rundown. Room smelled moldy and mold all over bathroom tiles. Swimming pool area was also dirty. No covers on the filters at bottom of pool. Can hear noise from other rooms. Street level window noise all night. Had to keep window open to ventilate the moldy smell. Coffee machine didn't work in room. Won't be back. Don't recommend.

This hotel is located in an run down industrial part of town. We were placed in a room with right next to a back exit where people would smoke. I pointed out to one man that he was smoking right below a "no smoking within 20 feet" sign - his response was "I don't care". We then had to endure people leaving between 5am-7am making a huge noise as the door closed behind them. No sleep for us! I would never recommend this location.

Stayed for 14 nights, our room did smell when you walked in the door but overall the room was clean, the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but about half way into our stay they had it back up and running, was very relaxing and hot. The breakfast is decent not the best I’ve had but not the worst, it is the same every morning and doesn’t change. It is down the street from a mass of homeless tents but never seemed to be a problem. The over all experience was good and probably would stay again.

Very good overnight stay
One night stay. Clean and comfortable room. Adequate parking. There is both an active rail line and a highway behind the hotel, but we still got a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. More spacious breakfast area than some other chain motels, with the usual offerings of bread, bagels, muffins, cereal etc and some hot food.
