The room was clean and fine. That is where the good ends. Terrible customer service. They made an error in how they marked my account paid (after paying in full) At 11:15 PM a man from the front desk showed up at my door banging insisting I open. Stating I hadn’t paid. I showed the card charge in my bank account. He didn’t believe me and said I had be paid and couldn’t stay until paid. He left to call a manager. I asked if he was planning on coming back and he again said until I paid he would. Again I HAD already paid. Finally just before midnight I called front desk. Who said no they would not be bothering me again (shift change) As a woman staying alone this was traumatizing and completely unacceptable. Spoke with management who agreed it was their fault my payment was incorrectly posted. Too it all off upon check in I was 30 minutes in the extremely hot hall as the finished cleaning the unprepared room. Do not stay here!

Fine for a single night stay
Was expecting a newer hotel based on photos and did not feel confident about the safety of the location. The lady (can't remember her name, think it started with an L) at the front desk was so helpful and kind, she also did a fabulous job of keeping the breakfast zone tidy and well stocked.

Booked a king size bed, got to location they didn't have the king size ready which is very unfortunate as we wanted the bigger bed. If we knew that we wouldn't have stayed here The fella at the front put us in a room right by a heavy door that we could hear from 3am to 10am every 5-20 minutes it was slamming so we didn't sleep the entire time. Furnace kept making a weird noise I don't understand how a room can be near a door that is so loud it just doesn't make sense. We paid $200 for this room that we couldn't even sleep in due to the door slamming shut. It just honestly is so brutal that they don't have that door as a soft closing door. We tried to call the front desk and all they said was sorry and nothing else it was very unfair to us to pay a full price for not even getting any sleep

It prity sad when staying for 7 days and the sheets were only changed once ( the day before we left). Also we had to say something about getting towels and floor swept and mopped.the breakfast was nice nice variety. Be carful when going up and down the entrance steps the are unmarked and my elderly mother fell down the stairs. There a lot of homeless in the area that was annoying druring the day, but at night it was a little scary so I refused to smoke in those areas I would smoke in the courtyard which is none smoking. But the staff is excellent. I would only go back there because of the staff. Also it is very out of the way if you don’t have a car.

Not a bad hotel, but not a great one. The key scanner for the pool was hard to get your key properly scanned to get into the pool. The jets in the hot tub also didn't work. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. Overall a good place for the price, just don't expect more than an average hotel.

We arrived in the evening. At check in we were told there was no elevator and no first floor room for my handicap mother. She had to walk the stairs to our room on second floor. Room had over powering smell of cleaner or perfume. The bath tub would not drain and tolilet paper dispenser kept falling off. There were no screens on the windows. We were kept awake by noise and fighting in the parking lot till almost 2a.m. and will not book again. Breakfast was nice but overall the experience was not worth the price. I was quite disappointed. I called and confirmed the stay and when I arrived at the hotel they didn’t have the room they promised. I need to use wheelchair to move and they put me in a room in the far end of the building and it was not for wheelchair. The person on the check in was not helpful and kinda rude. I will never stay there again.

The actual room was beautiful. The check in could've been better. Hard to understand the guy. Strong smell outside of Marijuana. The hallways were so hot your couldn't breathe. Don't know how people could work in it. Breakfast wasnt that hot and the orange juice tasted like water with an orange tint.
