Great Christmas Stay Experience.

Near everything. Convenient. Great breakfast. Unfortunately, the headboard in the room was severley tattered. Had a cat stayed there? There was a wet spot on the sofa cushion. (eww)

Friendly staff needs a lot of maintenance
When we arrived, staff was very pleasant. When we got to our room noticed wallpaper was peeling in the main room as well. As the shower area. Main reason for our trip was to be able to relax and sit in the hot tub and when I got through the hot tub was out of service. Also. When taking my shower, the following morning found the vent fan was not working, probably causing wallpaper peeling. Also, the vinyl on the headboard was cracked and we did not find it until we moved the pillows, which were covering it, so you couldn't see it when you walk in the room.

We personally booked this hotel because it had a spa hot tub, otherwise we would have stayed at another hotel. It would have been nice to get and email stating that the hot tub was broke, or to be discounted on our two room stay. Also there is no noise control the people upstairs where running and thumping back and forth late into the night. Otherwise we really liked the room layout and and property.

Affordable and pleasant.
Clean, spacious room. Very suitable for our trip. Only complaint was that the pillows were horrible. Sleeping with one was too flat, and sleeping with 2 made both mine and my boyfriend's neck hurt.

Room was very nice & clean, but the bathroom set up was really weird. Toilet & pedestal sink in like a little closet. Bathroom had tub/shower combo with a sink & large countertop but there was a deep clothes closet between the 2 bathroom areas - weird! The lighting in both bathrooms was poor for doing makeup though.

Check in gal was so friendly and immediately mopped up our boot mess we trampled in after shopping in the slush. Breakfast was so good. Many options. Rooms were comfy and clean. Loved our stay.
