I will say i truly enjoyed the staff but we had 3 rooms. In the room my daughter occupied the curtain kept falling. In the room my sons had the toilet wasn't working and in our room the there was so toilet paper roll dispenser. So we had to keep reaching behind us to use it. The fridge didn't work, and the phone didn't work.

Honestly the stay was decent but i have to say it probably had the best breakfast of any of the hiltons ive stayed at so far. Staff was decent although surprising to see the housekeeping staff was more welcoming and great than the front counter staff. They werent rude or anything just seemed like they werentnhappy to be working there. In my experience, if youre unhappy with your situation change it but in the meantime make the best of it! Get more with sugar than salt. The only other thing was sad to see the mall so vacent next door.
