Kindness goes a long way.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. From check-in to check out very kind ladies running the front desk, housekeeping, and lounge area were hors d’oeuvres and drinks were served. Thank you for your kindness..

I booked our room without any indication on your site that the elevator is not working until after the month of JUNE!! I am 81 and cannot climb a staircase. Fortunately, Kevin (who answered the phone at Drury, Frankenmuth at 1:15 a.m.) put a note on my reservation to guarantee my room would be on the first floor! Without his assistance I would have canceled!! Thank you Kevin!!

Hotel was undergoing elevator repairs, but we were able to stay on the main floor. Quiet, clean. No blanket on the bed, but found someone to give us a very thin covering. 5:30 reception was very nice, great breakfast.

Overall a good experience the free breakfast and snack/cocktails was a nice addition. Though the options were limited, only 1 type of beer, for the cocktails and the food was basic it wasn't bad. Unfortunately our room shared a wall with the stairs and a bus that ran every 30 minutes or so stopped right outside our window and was very loud until maybe 10pm or a little later. It would have been nicer if the bus parked on the far side of the parking lot, not that big so walkable without a problem, but that would have made things a little quieter for the guests already in their rooms. The room overall was fine, but there were black marks on the shower curtain a small dead bug in the tub and I did have some concerns the fridge wasn't very cold. That being said all the staff were friendly and helpful, though not giving 5 stars since a few times i had to wait until someone notice me when they were sitting in their backroom on their personal cell phones.

The hotel was very nice. The elevator was out for an upgrade, but we were notified several times in advance. It was no problem for us. The place was super clean & the breakfast was delicious. A great, affordable place to stay.
