Great stay in downtown Sacramento
Amazing! Good location, walkable to lots of restaurants. The bar was nice & staff there/throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The bed was VERY comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!

I arrived at 1am and it seems the hotel gave my room away. Front desk tried to cover up and compensate by first providing a queen bed that looked like a full, and then a king bed that didn't feel much bigger. The rooms' walls are close to the bedsides - it appears that the hotel is converted to have more numerous, smaller rooms than its previous iteration. Property is decorated explicitly for Reddit libertarians and would-be Pete Buttigieges: self-help styled quotes on the elevators, fake bookshelves, and guileless political cartoons framed off-center above the headboards.

It was my 2nd time staying there. I love being across from the park. I walked to my conference at the convention center. I liked having valet parking. The door folks are very polite and open the door when you walk up. The view was nice. Loved the shower and free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Parking in front of the hotel during check -in times is extremely difficult because there of the limited space in front of the hotel. Offering information on alternative parking locations before arrival would be very helpful.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. The room was just fine, front desk staff was pleasant… but my rental car was significantly damaged by the valet, and of course they didn’t say a word about it. I expected a more ethical response from an establishment of this caliber, especially for a service I paid a reasonable amount for. Very frustrating.
