Soap dispensers were empty. TV was broken, would not turn off. Coffee maker was missing pieces, so would not function. Extremely noisy area. Breakfast that was served was good

Got to my room a window was missing out of the pane- they didn't offer another room, just pulled curtains,,, they did fix it the next day- no hot water stayed 3 days so 3 Luke warm showers, didn't ever fix that- Have to eat their complementary breakfast in a very small lobby area, can't take it to room ,transit homeless everywhere but they do have security and enclosed gate, heard freeway noise all times especially with the window glass missing, TV had some channels and offered Netflix if you have your own subscription - Had a pet friendly room but where pets potty was all the way over to the other side of motel, very inconvenient - The motel was a big disappointment

The agent at the reception took a really long time to check us in. And when I politely mentioned that it was taking a really long time, she retorted in a really loud voice in an attempt to snub me. She could have been more polite. The bathroom also appeared really old and in a bad condition.

Save your money and sleep in your car

This place is literally in the ghetto. People above were partying with loud music and slamming doors. Very difficult sleeping and only one set of towels, no pool towels and it was not a good experience for a young family.
