Rooms are decently updated for a "smaller/cheaper" hotel. Parking is horrible and location is horrible. Cleanliness i give 2/5 stars. Found some hair and a needle in the room. Would not sleep there again. Had to cut my stay. Did not feel safe

I've stayed here about 5 times and always got my deposit back the same day or the next day. I'm still waiting for it. Tried calling 3 times to the front desk, get put on hold and then get hung up on.

Very clean remodeled room. Impressive in that regard bed a little loud. Area around pretty basic to sletchy. Staff was amazing. Value is good as long as rooms stay looking very clean and new.

Not a safe place for families. Ac wasn’t working . Super dirty. People sleeping, drinking and smoking in the parking lot. No staff available in the morning. Breakfast promised at 7am. But nothing was out till 8:30. Staffs are super rude &&’ to good to help others with respect. Definitely don’t recommend. Rooms are super dirty, bathroom towels with stains .

had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First off, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I accidentally left my flat iron in the room and reached out right away, but they showed zero concern and made no effort to help recover it. I know I left it there, yet no one followed up or offered a solution. The room itself was disgusting — there were pubic hairs in the shower and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before I checked in. To top it all off, the area felt unsafe. The morning after we checked out, there were police cars in the lot and suspicious people hanging around like they were casing the area. It was unsettling and not somewhere I’d feel safe staying again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this place is not worth the risk or the hassle.

Well we booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub knowing it was going to be 100 degrees outside. We checked in after pool was closed but was hopeful to swim in the morning. Pool and hot tub were out of service and no one let us know when we checked in. I asked for a refund and the women at the desk told me to go get my belongings from the room and she qould print out a receipt. I was gone 5 minutes came back to find the woman had went to lunch. Had to wait for her to get back.

The rooms must have been renovated in the not too distant past. They are OK. Breakfast was a disaster. They ran out of food and/or beverages every day. One morning they ran out of paper plates. I left my room either seven or eight times; three of those times my key didn't work to get back in my room. Lots of traffic noise. Neighborhood a tad sketchy. I would NOT want to stay here with children.

The pool flooring was really gross it was covered in dirt and dirty foot prints, and the hotub wasn’t even hot. It was like cold bath water and it wasn’t cleaned either so dirty bath water. The room was pretty nice though so I have no complaints about that and the service was good

The Place was ok for the price. The biggest problem that me and my partner encountered,were the 2 lady receptionists that worked on Friday 13 June. I do not know where they found those employees, They are sooo rude. They were hackling everyone, even using f words. We were scared to even ask for new towels or even change our room card that was not working. We always use best western hotel, so we know about the amities and offering, but those ladies made our stay hell.

I've stayed at this hotel three times now and it's consistently a solid, budget-friendly option. The rooms are always clean, and the bed is surprisingly comfortable for the price point. While the area around the property could use some updating, we’ve never had any safety concerns and have never had issues with our car while parked there. The only downside is the breakfast, the quality isn't great and they often seem to run out of food items early, which can be frustrating. That said, for the price, the overall experience has been dependable and comfortable. I’d stay here again for a short, affordable trip.
