The only issue we had was no ice in our freezer. We had to take the ice tray down 4 floors to the soda fountain machine and get ice there. Not a big deal but maybe a standard ice machine with easier access would be nice.

It was a good stay. The only negatives were #1 our suite with kitchenette had dirty silverware. #2 The bed wasnt real comfortable and the pillows need replaced.

I found old used, dried coffee pouches inside coffee maker. Clean rooms and kitchen equipment is required. There was no dish washing sponge and housekeeping did not supply it. The Breakfast should have better warm food. The WIFI was free but it also was unsecured which made it useless. A secure WIFI is definitely a must. There was no rooms cleaning. Getting replacement towels took a few tries. The hot tub by the pool had its surface breaking and was creating a rough surface to sit down. One of the TVs in the room did not have dish connection. The Dish service had no watchable channels. The smoke alarm went off early morning because it was not connected correctly and did not have back up batteries.

I will stay here again in future trips. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained.kitchen in room is a big bonus.Breakfast was really good and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other guests were awesome people and we had great conversation. Great shoppibg and restaurants nearby.Casino about 10 minutes away also.
