When we arrived the the receptionist was compaining about her job to a coworker and continued to do so through the whole transaction. When we got to the room the smell of cleaning supplies was extremely overwhelming. After seting our stuff in the room went to explore the town some and came back to multiple cop cars in the parking lot. We went back the room after 2 houra and the chemical smell was still over powering and the were running vacuums up and down the hall at 6 at night when people were trying to get settled in for the night.

Narrow walkways…room service did not clean or stock our room. We had to ask for room service every morning. Breakfast was ‘meh’. Our bathroom door was not able to shut properly. Overall, super disappointed!

Room wasn’t properly cleaned, the floor had some wet spots when walking in. Towels had some sort of stain on them when I checked restroom. The cable never properly worked and the parking lot isn’t well taken care of

The staff at check-in was rude, and before I even checked in, they ignored me and my messages. the place was poorly kept, housekeeping did not clean the room, and all requests were ignored. The remote to the TV did not work for the volume. even for a cheap stay, this was sad.
