People were aloud to set up lawn chairs and drink a huge amount of beer. And they were loud past the 10pm cut off time. And they left all beer cases/bottles.

The attendant at the front desk, Jeff, was very professional and did everything he could to accommodate us. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we'd slept on. There was a soccer tournament going on that weekend, so it was pretty noisy, but Jeff made sure after 10:00 pm everything was pretty quiet. Thank you!

Front desk, staff, pleasant, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze condition of rooms fair but somewhat outdated, furniture and bathroom needs upgrading. Was disappointed in the continental breakfast options Rate this as poor ! very little choice of items. Very disappointing considering this is a hotel chain. they can do better.

A good staging place for SMF
From the menu of properties Hotels.com offered in Woodland, I thought this was the best value. Check-in took a little long, but they were training a new employee.

I stay here alot and almost everyone that works there is grest. The afternoon and evening people are fantastic. Twice when i checked out earlier in the morning i had problems with the people behind th counter. They require a $100 deposit and both times they tried to keep it and were rude about it. 1st time, in a smoking room, guy got upset cause there were ashes in the room and last time, reason i wont go back the woman accused me of burning a hole in the comforter and was loud and rude about it. I did not burn a hole but she was loud and refused to listen to anything i said. I stayed atl least 1 week a month, not again. The rest of the staff is fantastic.

We have stayed at other quality inn's before and prefer them. This one had a good bed and everything was clean including the pool. Had a patched wall in the bathroom. Very quiet. Breakfast could have been better as they ran out of milk before we got there. Overall we will probably stay there again

Didn’t even take my shoes off. Half roll of toilet paper on the nightstand? Dirty, loud, and major homeless problems. Went to another hotel 10 miles away and just sucked up the room charge.

The front desk clerk, Jeffrey was absolutely wonderful....so friendly and helpful! We stayed because the price was reasonable. The room itself was comfortable albeit aged with some upgrades.
