The little apartment style with the kitchenette was nice. Weird that you have to ask for kitchen items to utilize it. Bathroom vents dusty, moisture in the bathroom wall near the shower. Bed were comfy and breakfast was average.

The shower pressure is great and suite is decorated nice, the accordion bathroom door could be replaced with a real door , but overall very nice.

I was a little nervous at first because I don’t know the area. But once I got there my nervousness went away. Asianique was extremely professional and friendly! Very helpful with all questions and made me feel at ease. Area was safe and kid friendly. I would however recommend providing pans along with pots for cooking and sponges to wash dishes. Also the hot tub needs some cleaning. I would recommend this place and will most definitely be going back next time we’re in town!

It was a decent facility with dated structural buildings and old palm trees with remodeled rooms. I would stay more often if the breakfast was a little earlier. The Hampton inn has a 6am breakfast, which is ideal for me.

This property was beautiful!! My only complaint was no elevator. I'm sure it was listed and I missed it, but going up 2 flights of stairs with a 40 pound suitcase is no fun...

The only issue was the air conditioning, it is regulated to the outside so they state. Outside was much cooler than inside. Couldn’t open any windows for the coolness. Had to ask for a fan which helped but we should be able to control our room temperature. We always run on the hot side. Other than that everything was good. I don’t think we would consider going there if the weather it hot due to not being able to have a cool enough room. Thank you

Cars broken into

Could not get into our room with multiple keys so they had to give us another room. Our car and multiple other cars had been broken into the night before. The hotel staff was rude and didn’t seem apologetic or seem to care at all that some people had their car windows broken and belongings stolen in their hotel parking lot. They just gave us an incident report to fill out and said to drop it off to the local police when we were done. The parking lots have cameras and we were told that they have security that patrols but never once saw them.
