Ratings are definitely old
This hotel has gone downhill in the last several years and is now more of a live in for low class. The smell was awful, winessed a couple of undesirables in their 40's making out in the laundry room like they were on a date, didnt even feel safe leaving my vehicle in the lot... was so bad i checked out without staying the full stay and didnt even request a refund...just wanted out. Sad part is the staff was friendly the clientele is just out of their control.

Definitely showing signs of wear - from my experience with hotelsdotcom the rating should be 6.0-7.0. Not a 8+ facility. Plus an extra $10 charge for parking in an unsecured lot shared by many other businesses. Better options on the area.

The staff in the morning was helpful and very nice. The person who checked us in though, was very rude and I usually don’t complain, but I have never had someone who so obviously glared at us while we checked in. For the hotel itself, we had the suite, but the A/C barely worked. We had to ask for a fan, which was delivered covered in dust. Appliances were dirty, all parts of the hotel were very warm in the middle of summer. And the room was barely clean. I had to clean the room myself before being comfortable enough to touch much.

Parking is easy enough but they charge for it. Two restaurants where I would have eaten, and are within easy walking distance have closed since the COVID shutdown. Waterpark across the street. I couldn't hear it from my room this year, and the sound hasn't bothered me in the past, but it may bother some.

I live in Reno and like to do back to school shopping at the Roseville Galleria with my daughter. This is our second year of staying here and both times it has been a great experience. Not only is it a super convenient location to the mall, but the staff has always been so friendly and helpful in other suggestions of areas to shop and visit during our time here. The hotel itself might not be the newest, but it is well taken care of and clean and such a great value! We will be back next year for our annual shopping trip!
