Nothing particularly bad or great. The location was good for my event. I'm becoming frustrated with extra fees that aren't included in pricing, in this case another hotel that charges to park in their open parking lot. 2 luggage carts are inadequate for this 3 story, 2 wing hotel, especially when housekeeping uses both for their work!

The rooms were clean the kitchen was so helpful. We were there for a tournament and being able to fix lunches to bring and meals in the room was so convenient. The breakfast, although limited was great because we were in a time crunch in the morning.

One cozy place to stay in Roseville

I had a pleasant stay at this place. Though a little dated, the friendly staff make up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was Covid style, you put your order in the night before and pick up a bag in the morning with cold items. Half of what we ordered was unavailable. Also, this hotel allows pets and charges a fee, but i don't think they do an extra service of a room after a pet stays because i have flea bites around my ankles.

The Larkspur is great. However the T.V. wasn’t working quite right. The audio wasn’t working with the lips on the tv. The audio was delayed. Other than this issue, the place is very nice.
