The staff was very friendly and helpful. I've stayed there many times before and have had plumbing issues. This time the water pressure was minimal. To fill a bowl of water took about 30 seconds. And the hot water was not hot for a shower. The rooms are nice and they were very clean.

Very good location and the rooms are clean as well as a good professional staff. The one thing which they need to be aware of is the smell of marijuana that has permeated the interior of the building. I'm not sure how they can get rid of that but it makes it feel a bit seedy. Other than that its good value for what you pay.

Comfortable hotel! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was great too! The water pressure in the shower (we had a room on the 4th floor) was pretty bad though. The hot water was either scalding hot or cold - there was no middle ground. Overall, would visit again but maybe get a room on a lower floor with better water pressure.

We check in Friday evening not hot water, we got the next day at 11;00 AM hot water to take a shower after a long trip, we got back to the hotel around 7;00PM without no water at all we got move to the next room, no water, next room no water, the last room around 10:00PM We got water and hot water for a shower we run away after amazing breakfast, we left at 8:40 AM, no way we will go there back and I hope no one else will check in there. The receptionist and the team very nice. I guess it’s the owner. They don’t maintain the property at all.

I loved how clean the room and lobby was. Not a spec of dirt to be seen anywhere. The complimentary breakfast was also appretiated as it had lots of options and all were delicious. If I had to take one point off it would be that the shower was cold the days I was there, but that was due to there being more guests than average due to an event happening nearby. Overall though it was an amazing stay.

Useless reservation
Actually our “no stay” Made a res. Agreement was to pay at arrival. We arrived at 7:30 pm and they had cancelled our res. This was on thanksgiving. We had no place to go. They said they called twice but there was NO record of them calling. They said they attempted to charge my card, in stead of waiting to arrival, which we had agreed to. We are in our mid 70s and had no where to go. We ended up turning around and driving home. (3 hours). Terrible, ruined our thanksgiving. NEVER AGAIN

The property had lots of homeless people around it. The rooms didn’t have enough towels and the property could be kept cleaner. There was food crumbs all over the elevator floors and liquid.

The king bed was too firm and lumpy; the curtains wouldn't close tight so morning sunshine hit my face early; the hide-a-bed was really awful (lumpy with a bar going across my son's back) and there was no sheet for it. One bath towel for 3 people. The room was clean though. Kudos to the maids for that. The room key stopped working so we had to go back down to get it re-activated. Not our best hotel experience.

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, had a nice time while we were at this hotel. It was clean, very comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave worked well. We liked the bed! The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, too. They actually had scrambled eggs with the waffles.

The property was very nice. Best LaQuinta i have seen The room had a few issues. The outlet by sink didn't work , the sink leaked on floor and the bathtub had a-lot of damage to the porcelain. Took a long time to get warm water in shower . Never did get hot . Overall its a nice place very clean and the price was very reasonable.
