it was clean not noisy! The best thing was they brought back breakfast with a waffle machine right there bread muffins so you get your fiber. So your ready for the morning .I was comfortable

If you want street comfort from the street this is the place for you. Street snacks, street people all around. This hotel is busted and has roaches, inside and out.

This property while obviously inexpensive, was absolutely gross. I couldn't even sleep under the sheets they were like sand paper and very thin and worn. The room was dated, the only saving grace was no carpet, which gave me peace of mind for some cleanliness. The area is sketchy.

It felt unsafe because the homeless situation in the parking lot. The carpet in the room was stained, the bedspread also stained. Would not stay here again.

The room had no telephone to call for any problems with room. The toilet would not flush down . kept filling up with water. I had to leave complex to go the bathroom. Sheets had big gray stains on them and the bathtub looked like it wasn't cleaned in long time. The bottom looked like rust. I took a shower and put a hand towel down in tub to stand on. after the shower the tub looked a lot whiter. I told them upon checkout about the problems and they just said, we"ll send someone to check on that. No, I'm sorry for the inconvience.

Not what I expected
It was dirty and sketchy, in a bad area. The first room we walked into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we requested another room and the staff was very nice and helpful, but when we got to the second room and spent more time looking around, it was visibly dirty. We had a hard time sleeping and it was overall uncomfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good though, with a good selection of food.

Illegal activities going on in that hotel and the vicinity. We witnessed people using drugs and a lady getting dropped off with no shirt on. Homeless people lying on the streets surrounding the hotel. Keys didn’t work for the doors. Bathroom was in need of serious upgrades . Shower handle wouldn’t work and I had to take a cold shower because it couldn’t turn. Honestly i would’ve asked for a refund but we were attending a family funeral and had obligations. This was the absolute worst stay and the pictures posted for this hotel are seriously photoshopped I have pictures that prove them wrong!

Customer service was non existent, I was thrust a room key without the normal hotel pleasantries (check out time, where to find breakfast, etc). The hotel itself felt dirty. The bed was comfortable enough. There is security that is stationed in the parking lot, which is good considering the surrounding area. We would be unlikely to stay here again.

The price for the stay was great but its like how the saying goes "You get what you pay for." The people in the front desk were nice. I got a 2nd floor room so I took the elevator and honestly I was scared at first because it looked pretty beat up and smelled like urine. Decided to stay in a non smoking room but the second I opened the door and went inside I got a huge smack to the face of marijuana. The smell literally penertrated the walls or something because my 3 day stay every time I came back it smelled worse and strong. Not only that but for some reason each day my key card kept deactivating and kept going back and forth to the front desk and back to my room to get it fixed. I'd probably wont stay there ever again and would perfer spending an extra $200 somewhere that was more cleaner and didnt look runned down.

This got the job done for being a place to sleep, but I would not recommend it. No soap at the sink, dirty looking shower tub, full trash bags piled up by the elevator, elevator smelled like pee… not to mention plenty of strange clientele hanging around.
