The bathtub was so disgustingly dirty. I have never seen anything that bad. I called for soap because there wasn't any. They said they would bring it up and never did. The floor was dirty. You could see hair and other particles. One of the pillowcases had black stains on it. no ironing board in room but there was an iron. The door did not close all the way (so unsafe). as I walked up there was someone doing drugs on the curb in front of his room. There was someone in the dumpster across from my room and there was homeless all throughout the property.

Meh, but worth it for the price
The neighborhood is sketchy but the room itself was great. The water was hardly warm in the morning but overall for the price I would stay again. The people that work there are very nice, too.

Staff was friendly.The room was clean and well kept, offered refrigerator and microwave, continental breakfast. The Exterior part of the building was well-kept, clean, but too many homeless around that area drug dealing seem to be going on not recommended for families with children

Worst motel I've ever stayed at
Our stay was terrible from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms for our family of 5. Checking in took 45 min because so many people returned to the desk to complain about their rooms that the clerk could not complete our check in. There were no adjoining rooms, nor any rooms even close to each other. We switched rooms three times because most stank of cigarettes. The room key cards failed repeatedly throughout our two day stay. The phones did not work, light bulbs were out, there were no cups, one room had no trashcan, and the shades did not completely cover the windows, resulting in no privacy. The first night the front desk gave one of our rooms to another party, who attempted to enter at 12:30am. The breakfast area was crowded and there was not enough seating. The front desk insisted the beds were queen, but they are all doubles. I would never go back.

Lots of homeless roaming just off property but they weren't tolerated on the premise. The good news is the buildings are concrete so you can't hear your neighbors. Weekday breakfasts do not include sausage or scrambled eggs but weekends do.

I liked that it was convenient, as far as location and easy parking. Unfortunately the 2 days we stayed, while enjoying breakfast a homeless person accessed the premises and helped himself to breakfast, had a strong order and dirty, the manager was great in dealing with the stuation and was able to take action, but the next day another one entered without shoes, talking to himself, finished beverages, and nothing was done this that time. I know sometimes it's incontrolable, but overall I will be staying there again.

Checked in 10 /25 homeless and mental ill people by front entrance & elevator stunk of dried piss got to room people in others rooms were loud until around 3 am inside room some light worked tv turned on put did nothing chair was had vomit or mud splatter and towels were stained was to tired to go down and complain but was scared to sleep on bed cause of condition but did any way didn’t stay 2 nd night got refund and went to cleaner and better area it’s listed as a 6 but really should be a 3 or 2

Perfect for our needs
Location was perfect since we attended a concert at Discovery Park. The beds were pretty small, maybe full size. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of different choices.
