I use repeat visits at Journey Inn
the office staff are always friendly and polite. the rooms are clean. The furniture are older units that could use paint touch ups. The bed and bedding have always been clean and comfortable. I would recommend visiting here. Very reasonable rates.

Good price and enjoyable stay. The one thing though is the heater didn't heat up, it acted like air conditioning instead of heating.

The room was big and beds comfortable but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything!!! The people above my room were fighting since 11pm. I mean cursing very loud!!!! My kids could hear every single word these people were saying. It was 1am and they still would not stop fighting which made my kids scared so i decided to call the front desk but it was closed. I called the emergency number and told the manager about how disrupting the people above us were and he just said ok and never came to do anything about it. Then around 3am the people start having sex so loud. I was horrified since i had 2 children in my room. I got no sleep and my kids kept waking up because of all the noise. And to make matters worse, check out is at 11am and the housekeeper comes banging on our door at 10am. I told her we're not ready to leave yet. Then as I'm loading my stuff to the car at 10:30 she is just waiting by the door with her cart staring at us the whole time. It made me so uncomfortable. Did she have nothing else to do? This is by far the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Do not stay here if you want to get sleep!

I’d stay here again.

Nothing special here, but the price. We were flying out of Sacramento early in the morning, so decided to book a night here instead of a park and fly hotel, which would have been a lot more expensive. Facilities were clean. Staff was helpful. Like I said nothing really special but the price of $70.

Stayed overnight for a return flight at SMF. Nice quick drive from the airport to Journey Inn. Check in was quick and simple, staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, relatively comfortable mattress. Air did not work well in the room (turned on every like 20 minutes for 1-2 minutes). Some hair in the bed was the only concern. Would stay here again!
