Friendly and professional staff. The Restaurant and Bar inside the hotel offer good food options. My room (2333) was very noisy as the windows faced another building’s roof, which had a large fan and AC units on its roof. Overall, the hotel was ok.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However shortly after checking in our toilet overflowed. the water flooded the bathroom, ran out into the room and soaked into the rug in the living area. One of the employees brought up a bunch of towels and soaked up the water, but the toilet did not flush the rest of our stay. We were told normally we would have been put in another room but they were fully booked. The sofa sleeper also had no sheets, blankets, or pillows. when I brought this up to the manager, he said he couldn’t adjust the room cost since we had used expedia but offered us some drinks. We paid extra for what we felt would be a quality room. We would have been money and comfort ahead to have booked a lesser rated hotel room. Very disappointed no action was taken to compensate for a very poor stay.

Room was right behind the elevator shaft. We reserved a room for three, the pullaway sofa is very uncomfortable and has no sheets, I could not sleep due to being cold and the room way too noisy. There's absolutely nothing to do in the area. You're right next to the freeway, so safe yourself and pick a hotel somewhere else. Staff did not bother asking us how our stay went.
