It was clean and close to the airport. Happy they offered a parking option with a shuttle to the airport. The dinning menu was limited and didn’t start till 5pm. The bar was open and snacks are available for purchase.

Large parking area. Welcoming and efficient front desk staff. Appreciate having small menu dinner options as there is no dining nearby. Room was very spacious and clean. The only mild negative would be that the room has a bit of a sterile feeling.

Great stay outside of the downtown area. I was pleasently surprised of the hotel's convenient location and how quiet it was even with it being close to the airport. Hyatt Place Sacramento offers ample free parking and a friendly and efficient staff to welcome you. My hotel room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast that was included was quite good offering a variety of choices. I do recommend the Hyatt Place Sacramento.

Short stay in Sacramento
The room was a good size for 3 adults, with 2 queen-sized beds. It was well equipped, with an iron and ironing board and a small refrigerator. The room was not cleaned for a two days, and it was explained by the front desk that this has to be requested including if towels would be changed. Every 4 days a full room service would take place. One the last day of the stay, two small cockroaches were seen, one in the room and one in the bathroom. This was shared with the front desk when I checked out the following morning. The reception staff member apologised for this. Overall the beds were clean and very comfortable to sleep.

I made a reservation for a king size bed and gave me a two twin size bed upon checking. I settled for the queen size as it was 2 am. I complaint with a manager in charge the next day and they gave me the king size bed. On check out, I later realized they overcharged my account. When I called, they weren’t helpful and kept disconnecting my call. Rude customer service and the manager, Evelyn, wasn’t helpful and unprofessional. I’ve called Hyatt corporate to report her and the business.

Room surfaces were filthy and I needed to clean and sanitize all table, counter and sitting surfaces. The refrigerator was not clean and leftover food from previous guest left in refrigerator. Bathroom products were not stocked with body wash soap empty. Bedding was not of very good quality and due to other complaints my confidence in cleanliness was a concern. This was a disappointing experience.
